The redeem codes i bought when I entered they are already used and invalid

I bought 3 redeem codes for apex legends from Kryptomate 2 codes were 25$ ones And 1 was 75$ 

the 75$ one was invalid and the other 2 were already used when i put them in the redeem codes option in ea app
