I'm still having the issue with downloading the sims 4 I don't know what else do for it to download I have redownload the EA app and did some tips someone suggested, and it didn't not work it still stays on 2% download, and I have restarted my whole laptop but noting helps

If your download is getting stuck at 2%, there's a chance it is downloading only 4 GB. If you’re using a PC and your download gets stuck at 4 GB, your hard drive might be formatted as FAT32, which can't handle files larger than 4 GB.

thank you so much for sending me that link something on there worked now my Sims four is downloading. I was getting very frustrated because it wasn’t downloading and I paid for some packs too and it was getting frustrating because I pay for something and it wasn’t downloading, but thank you so much. I appreciate you for helping me out.
