the sims 4 in ea app is empty

hello iam haveing an issue with ea marketplace inside the sims 4. my owned packs appear corrctly in game and i can use them normally however the in game ea marketplace is completely empty with no pack price or purchasable content displayed. i have already tried clearing the ea app cache repairing the  game  and deleting the game cache files the issue still persists could you please help me fix this issue ?thank you
