The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. 1603
I bought Battlefield 3 today from the EA App. While installing, it gives me error message 1603 i.e.
Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (1603)
Please suggest what to do.
- I have killed all background apps that i thought might be interfering
- I have installed VC++ 2010 and 2013 from microsoft site
