Things are taking longer than normal EA APP loading error MAC

Hi all,

I am on a Macbook Air 13 inch 2018

Latest Update Sonoma 14.6.1

My Sims 4 game was running fine on my Mac earlier today and then it crashed.

I am aware I have very minimal space on my computer left which could have caused the crash but it does not ever crash.

After my game crashed the EA app has been loading extremely slow and I tried to do repair on Sims 4 game and the repair was taking forever so i cancelled the repair and did App Recovery cleared cache and uninstalled EA app and reinstalled and it is still saying things are taking longer than normal and it is frustrating as I cant even get the Sims 4 to load for me to attempt a repair again. I simply wanted to do repair it wasnt requiring it but i wanted to do the repair because the game crashed just to make sure it was not corrupt.

Can someone please help as I have looked at other forums here and nothing specifically is stated for MAC on how to fix this issue

Really? I didn't know that! I only have Ad blocker through my Google Chrome so im not sure if  I have to remove that extension but I need it.

I do have a Adblocker app installed but I dont believe I have it active im not sure if that is the app through Google Chrome. But, I did figure out how to get the game to finally work but... Now im stuck with a loading screen once i try to get into my Sim household its loading forever and it never use to do this even with my Mods installed. I removed my Mods to test and it is still loading for a long time. I was finally able to do a repair on the game and it finally worked so im not sure why its loading forever to get into my household when I removed my Mods folder. I hope my save is ok.

Im not sure if I should force quit the game then do App Recovery and then do another repair? Before I did the repair it was telling me to download Sims 4 again but it was already installed in my Sims 4 Folder but the EA app was asking to download again and i dont have enough storage to do another download when its already downloaded. so I just went and clicked the Sims 4 game app and it was able to load up and the EA app started working properly again and isnt asking to be redownloaded and all my packs installed where there and everything. it's just the loading screen has now became a issue and I don't know how to fix this. Its becoming so frustrating
