this app crashed unexpectedly

For the last month everytime I Attempt to open up madden 25 from the ea app i get  message saying "this app crashed unexpectedly" I dont know what caused this but when i log in from my other account i can open madden but it says i dont have the full game just the trail and its been like this every since i opened madden from the xbox app and it automatically used an older account. now i cant open madden with the full game from my original account if anyone can help itll be amazing
