This isn't my account

Somehow on this ea account I have connected my Xbox account to it, 

I have no memory of making this account and connecting my Xbox account to it.

I don't know what gmail account this account uses and can't recover it.

How do i unlink my Xbox account and if i can't how do i delete this account.
