I got TOTS Card of Kylian Mbappe that I want to sale it and my little brother put a random evolution on it, please can you help me to get it back?

As of now, once you apply any evolution to a card, it becomes untradeable. You cannot sell it on the transfer market.
A new patch is coming on 4th June that introduces an evolution undo feature. I am not sure if this will help you or if it will only apply to specific player types and rarities. You will have to wait and see.
