Trying to buy another pack, but I can´t

Hello!

Now, when there is a big sale, I´ve bought many packs and it worked seamlessly. When I try to buy outdoor retreat, the EA app doesn't let me. It says that it can´t verify my card. It´s weird because it worked before, just some minutes ago. 😭

I´ve turned off my VPN, checked my balance, and everything seems right. Does anybody know how to help?

Any help would be much appreciated ! 😁

    Please try the following steps to clear up this error:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
