TS4 – Sleek Bathroom & Sweet Allure Kits Not Showing After Purchase Via EA app

I just purchased new kits bathroom and clothing they didnt download what should i do does anyone know thankyou CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're still not able to access your kits then.
