TS4 – Sleek Bathroom & Sweet Allure Kits Not Showing After Purchase Via EA app

I just purchased new kits bathroom and clothing they didnt download what should i do does anyone know thankyou CM edit: edited title for clarity.

I bought both the Sleek Bathroom and the Sweet Allure kit.
Both purchases I had to log out of EA and log back in to access my purchases.
I was charged twice for the sweet allure set. How do I get my money back for the third charge?
