Unable to download Sims 4 packs

I just downloaded a bundle on EA for Sims 4 and  I would like to see the download progress. It states that I should click Shift+F1, however that doesn’t do anything. I do have a PC. It says I have I own the packs but when I hover over them it says "download to use". Please helppp
