I've been trying to update my game with the new update release, but it keeps crashing at 3% and then shows an error. What can I do to fix this? Is there an alternative way to update my game? I've been playing offline because I can't update it to play at all.
I have the same problem, it stops at 3%. Can someone help?
This is what I did to get to work:
1. While EA app is open, go to Task Manager. Right on EA app and End Task.
3. Scroll down to Background services and 'End EA Background services'.
4. Restarted my PC, while PC is restarting, I restart my router.
5. PC boots, click on EA app and when I choose to restart the app, it works fine.
