Unable to link a new PSN account.

Question

&nbsp;I don't really know what I'm supposed to do, but my old PSN account is completely innacessible. It got hacked, banned, now I can't recover it. Tried for years. So, of course; when I got a NEW PSN account, I tried to directly link to the new one. But, it said you can only link one account per lifetime.Tried to contact support about it, but I kept getting shoved back by the AI, and when I eventually DID get to a resource hub, it said my case wasn't supported.I'm completely stuck with no idea on what to do. Anyone got any tips?

Not to worry! Since your previous account was compromised, live support should be able to work with you to link the new PlayStation account.
To get in touch with live support, please use the&nbsp;Contact Us button at the bottom of this page and answer the NextStep bot's questions as prompted. Once you're redirected, there should be an option to chat with an advisor.&nbsp;If you're still receiving pushback from the bot, please use this form instead, with&nbsp;Link my EA Account as the selected issue.&nbsp;
