Unable to link GamePass and EA App

Hey all, I'm hoping to possibly get some help here as there's literally no way for me to contact EA directly apparently!

I'm trying to link my gamepass account to my EA account so I can access the games on EA Play, but everything is preventing me from doing so.

If I click "manage" on GamePass it trys to take me to an EA login page on my browser, but it just tells me my credentials may be invalid and is telling me to update my password, with no other options available (I tried doing this and nothing changes). I've also logged into my EA account on the website, and when I click to link my Xbox account I get the message "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account ****** already linked to your EA Account for 46*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." and gives me no other available options on what to do

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do please? I'm genuinely at a loss and obviously it appears I can't unlink the account either. The GamePass account it's telling me is already linked is the correct one, but I can't get the Xbox app or the EA App to talk to each other and get it to recognise the link, and I'm out of ideas on what to do
