unable to us high school years pack
for years now I've owned my high school years and haven't been able to use it once. after this pack came out there was a game update and it says that I own the pack and its in my library but every time I go to download it it Telles me that I don't have access to it and I really just want to know why I've tried evythikng to make it work and I've contacted ea sooo many time with no reply plz someone help

This sounds as though the pack in question here may have been disabled due to a purchase issue or chargeback.
