Unfair loss in Online draft

I was winning 5-1 against my opponent in online draft and my opponent paused and quit the game. After that I received loss and got out of the draft tournament. I want my fifa points back or that loss retrieved. I was connected to the internet and was still in the ultimate team. Still I suffered loss on my opponent disconnect. That is so unfair.
