Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Sims4 was kind of glitchy so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It still showed my family when I went to play Sims4 but said I'd need all the packs that I owned to resume playing the family I wanted to resume the game for. I was confused why that was the case. When I looked in my EA library, everything was completely gone. Nothing was in my library except for Sims3. I have been playing Sims for years. I had a TON of Sims4 packs and expansions and kits. Now nothing. No way to download them because they aren't in my EA library at all. If I can't get them back then I honestly, I'm done playing Sims. Also I reported the error on the EA app days ago and have had no response or anything.
