Update and repair not working
For the past several days my sims wont update or repair itself, i keep getting an error or it starting itself over. Clearing cache, restarting everything and updating my computer does nothing.

have you also tried to reinstall the EA App on your PC?
If you own other games, do they repair and update correctly?
Are you ensuring the PC is connected to the internet before updating or repairing the game?
Reinstalling the game might also help; you can back up your saves by following the guide before reinstalling to avoid losing your saves or progress.
