Verification code not sending

Hey, I have not received my verification code for another account for about a WHOLE YEAR now. Before you ask yes I've checked my spam, made sure Ea is not blocked, and that it's the right email. PLEASE ANSWER MEEEE! I've made a case and nothing FLIPPIN HAPPENED!!! My email to the other account is [Removed - EA_Barry].  I have Sims 4 packs I spent my hard-earned money on.
