I already contacted customer support through EA Help during multiple cases. Everyime they could confirm that the game is assigned to my account but were unable to resolve the issue of it not being visible/available in the game library of the EA Desktop App (previously Origin). In one case they actually referred me to these forums in search for help!?
So what should I do now? I feel like I'm on a merry-go-round, being sent from one support team to another, none of which can help me solve the problem. And I'm not the only one with this problem—just look at the megathread linked above, with over 200 replies but no satisfactory solution to the problem.
I've desperately tried to bump old threads with the same problem, but one even got shut down by EA_Leeuw - the same community manager who runs the (so far) unresolved megathread. This feels like a farce to me, and I seriously question whether anyone at EA is actually working on—or even cares about—fixing this problem affecting hundreds of users.
