Lost Fifa 16 after update EA app.

hi EA,

I lost my FIFA 16 game on my account after EA app update.

  • Thanks for letting me know. In that case, the only remaining suggestion I have would be to contact EA Help so that our support can verify your account entitlements.

    Did you find a solution to this problem? I am in the same boat and - until now - couldn't find a fix. Pushing this thread, since there seem to be multiple threads of users with the same or similar problems (but with other games than FIFA16).

    EA_LunardustCat​  Already tried this; EA App cache has been cleared and reinstalled multiple times. Game shows up in my order history (Order #1001943728718) but without product code, that could be redeemed again. Had multiple chats with customer support (EA help) but no solution.

    I also reported my issue in this mega thread (no response for me or any of dozens the users unfortunately)

    I already contacted customer support through EA Help during multiple cases. Everyime they could confirm that the game is assigned to my account but were unable to resolve the issue of it not being visible/available in the game library of the EA Desktop App (previously Origin). In one case they actually referred me to these forums in search for help!?

    So what should I do now? I feel like I'm on a merry-go-round, being sent from one support team to another, none of which can help me solve the problem. And I'm not the only one with this problem—just look at the megathread linked above, with over 200 replies but no satisfactory solution to the problem. 

    I've desperately tried to bump old threads with the same problem, but one even got shut down by EA_Leeuw​ - the same community manager who runs the (so far) unresolved megathread. This feels like a farce to me, and I seriously question whether anyone at EA is actually working on—or even cares about—fixing this problem affecting hundreds of users.
