When will The Sims 4 Jungle Adventure will be available for mac?

When I played the Sims with Origin I had access to Jungle Adventure. With the transition to EA the add-on disappeared and is only available for WIndows.  I paid for that add-on, so I want to use. Wh...

aukjeleermakers  Please look through your Order History on ea.com, and also look for an email receipt.  It's possible if you both bought the pack and claimed it through Epic, the Epic version could have superceded the copy you got from EA.  Or it's possible that you're somehow missing the entitlement for the pack.  But if you're going to get this fixed, which would likely require a chat with EA support, you may need to be able to provide proof of the original purchase.
