why aren't my purchased packs working

I've switched to a MacBook from my old laptop and my purchased packs are not working, it says I've purchased them but it won't appear on create a sim or build mode.

    @Soupcactus  That means they're not installed.  Did you buy them directly from EA, or from Steam or Epic?  Packs owned in Steam or Epic don't work in macOS, unfortunately, as those two platforms only offer the Windows version of Sims 4.  But anything you got directly from EA is compatible with your Mac.

@puzzlezaddict When I open Manage add-ons the packs I've downloaded are there but they say "available on Windows" and they are grey. It does not tell me if they are or are not installed.
