Tried everything to make the thing open, spent last 4 hours trying to make it work and this helped out- @271293 Where and how exactly can you enable that?
This worked for me
Win+R -> intl.cpl
Administrative tab
Click the Change system locale button.
Enable Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support
Rebootalso if you uncheck the 'keep me signed in' it works without the above for me.

The app is not working for me as well. I can log off easily, but as soon as I try to log back in (or even open the app from the taskbar), the app just stops working and won't show anything,

I have tried everything and won't lunch still it won't even let me uninstall it now so now I have no idea what to do I'm so upset
It’s been months since I’ve used the EA app as the old version of origin has been the only thing working. I figured I’d re-download the EA app and see if it works. Nope. Still just gives me a grey screen with no text. And now I’ve logged into EA again it’s not letting me on origin anymore 😅 It’s just so silly that we can’t play the games we’ve paid for and that I can’t even get a response from EA with any help or advice!
