Windows PC EA app not launching

EA App not starting on windows 10. Try to reinstall, but this doesn`t help, app not working, just nothing happens after clicking on app, and if i go in the task manager the only think that i see is E...

    @271293 find out how to resolve this problem. just need to enable "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" parementr on windows 10

Ea app will not work on my windows 10 os. EA help is useless. Also, I don't understand anything this post is talking about, but I still need help. Is there a way to explain this to me. Please bear in mind the limit to my tech knowledge is; I press a button it works. Also I paid someone $80 to get the app to work, which it did for exactly 1 day. I can't afford to keep doing that. Thank you.
