Windows PC EA app not launching
EA App not starting on windows 10. Try to reinstall, but this doesn`t help, app not working, just nothing happens after clicking on app, and if i go in the task manager the only think that i see is E...

Go into Task Manager, and close the "EABackgroundService" that you're seeing.
Then, try clearing Cache:

Use the Windows 10 steps in that Link, then try launching the EA Desktop again.

So I've tried everything in this thread, including uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App but it still does not work. Are there perhaps any other options? If not I'll try to get through to EA, heaven knows if that will work.
Hi, I also went through all he steps as described, still no change. I honestly cannot BELIEVE that EA isn't working on this, considering this is clearly a bug caused by the recent move away from origin (EA App worked fine until new year). The error reporting app also isn't working for me, so I don't really know how to reach out to EA directly for help. The "Help" section keeps directing to Answers HQ. Did anyone manage to actually contact EA? Thanks!
