Xbox gamepass triggers invalid gaming license on the EA.

I recently found out that having Xbox game pass link yo EA app makes it so your gaming license isn't recognized if you got it after you had the EA app. But you also get a 10% discount if you are link to Xbox gamepass and you pay for the premium pass. So at first I unlinked it to them be able to play the game, what I didn't know now makes me frustrated. I linked the account back to it so I can get an expansion pack that I've wanted to get that said 10% discount. Then when I went to relaunch it said gaming license invalid. Ok, that's fine, ill just unlink it again. Nope, I have to wait almost 6 months before I can do that! What is the point of a discount you get to make it so your game cant work after you spend money! Then, after contacting EA they say there is nothing they can do and you have to wait 6 months before you get to play a game you just purchased to play, because its out of thwir hands!! Why link the two if they dont correspond with one another or why make it so you cant unlink it with out waiting 6 months! Make it 24hrs, a week even, that's not a big deal! Not freaking 6 months! Make it make sense. Make it so paying customers get to play with the money they spend on subscriptions with Xbox and buying games from EA.

Please make it so I can play my game by revoking the xbox gamepass or fix the issue so I can get a discount and actually play the game!
