You don't have access

Just paid for wrc game on epic but the installation won't start (see picture). I tried to install other games from Epic environment through EA and they start downloading without problems on EA app (e.g. APEX, NFS). The only game which don't work for me is the wrc. How is that possible and how to fix it?
