Sims 4 Expansion packs appear uninstalled

Hello folks, 

I need help. I am not techy at all.

After the recent update of the Sims 4, I have found the issue that SOME of my expansion packs appear as uninstalled. This is only when I am IN the game, because when I see my library in the EA app, all the expansion packs I have purchased appear. But for some reason, when I click to play the Sims, it warns me that some expansion packs are not installed!.

Please...what can I do about it?
