EA app not keeping my language settings

Hi all,

I installed this EA App (useless, but no choice...) on my desktop, on which Windows is in French.

I keep changing the app language to English, but nearly every time I restart the EA App, it will reset to French!

How to keep it from doing this, and to have my dear EA app respecting MY choices?
