i am still not able to play fifa 23 because of a download error in the ea app

Question

I have pre ordered the ultimate edition of fifa 23, but because of a bug in the ea app I cannot download the game. also trying through origin does not work. I been in contact with ea help 5 times but they could not help me, aswell as filing a error report multiple times. I think it is unbelievable that ea is not helping or refunding the money. It feels illegal that you can pay for a game and not be able to play it because of bug on ea's side. not buying any ea game in the future for sure, hope this issue will still be resolved even after a month.

Ive have tried the following:- clear the chache on both the ea app and origin- reinstall both app and try it with the other app uninstalled- try to install it on a different pc- launched both apps as administrator- every standard recommended by ea helpsee&nbsp;dxdiag in attachments

Krijg je dan ook hetzelfde foutmelding in Origin (En als je daar een foutmelding krijgt, wat zegt die?)?Je kan proberen om Windows schoon op te starten. I got the same error on a different pc on the ea app, I haven't tried it with origin as I was only trying to figure out if it was a problem on my pc, which it wasn't. On origin I can download the game, however when trying to start the game, origin just freezes and nothing happens, so no errorcode.

Ill try the clean startup of windows, when I get back to my pc.
