Запустить не удается игру, пишет «недоступно» либо выдает ошибку «Вы не можете купить этот продукт по следующим причинам: - У вас уже есть следующие продукты, конфликтующие с продуктом, который вы собираетесь купить: NHL 25 Post Launch Standard Tracker»О каком продукте идет речь? Что за Post Launch Standard Tracker?Имеется активная подписка на EA playВ обновлении лицензии через настройки этой игры нет.Игру потом решил удалить, думал переустановить, но не дает.&nbsp;Что делать? Как решить проблему?

Hello,I've been playing NHL 25 on PS5 for a long time, but about a month ago, a lock icon appeared on the game. I can't launch it – it says "Unavailable" or gives me the error:"You cannot purchase this product for the following reason: - You already own the following products, which conflict with the product you are trying to purchase: NHL 25 Post Launch Standard Tracker"What product is this referring to? What is "Post Launch Standard Tracker"?I have an active EA Play subscription.There is no option to renew/restore the license for this specific game in the settings.I then decided to delete the game, thinking I could reinstall it, but I can't – it won't let me download it again.What should I do?
