Help me link my real steam account. (I can't create a request)

Good day, someone linked my account to someone else's Steam account.
Please help me solve this problem.

I would like to unlink my current account from my Steam account in order to link it to my account. I have access to my mail, mobile phone and documents, and can provide everything necessary.

As you can see from my account, I am a fan of the Batfield series of games and plan to buy a new part. But I want to play with friends on Steam, and for this I want to link my real account, which has existed for a long time, to my Steam account.

You can compare the geodata of my Steam account, as well as this account and they will match. I am in Odessa, Ukraine and have never left the country.
