Real Racing 3: I can't purchase to earn gold

Good day.

I want to buy some gold at Real Racing 3 but can't do it - I receive message "Please enter to Google Play account ... ". But I already did it and use synchronization of my achievements.

 Already tried to reconnect google account, reinstall the game. It doesn't affect. 

Location: Ukraine.

    Hi EA_Yafo​ .

    I tried with mobile provider and also on home cable internet via wi-fi - same alert.
