Star wars Battlefront I ( 2015 ) Pc people shows online but not on game

we are having problems to join or invite players to our lobbies on Star Wars Battlefront I ( 2015 )  Pc due for some reason people who are certainly playing shows online but not on game and in fact when I'm playing the game people notice I appears not in game too, this issue started since some days ago so we can't join lobbies or invite players from friend list and is worse for private lobbies .
