Apex Coins Bought for Wrong Platform – Need Help

Hello EA Support,

I purchased 1,000 Apex Coins on May 27, 2025, but they were delivered to my PC account by mistake. I meant to buy them for my PlayStation 4.

Here are my details:

  • Order Number: *snip*
  • Email Used: [edit: email address removed]
  • Platform Delivered: PC
  • Platform Intended: PS4
  • PSN ID: [Insert your PlayStation ID]

 

Please help me reverse or transfer the coins to my PS4 account.

    Hey 7kn5y1xx9y4n​,

    If you have everything linked and cross progression is working, you should just see them on your other platform when you load up.

    If they aren't linked, then we unfortunately can't help, as we can't transfer coins from one account to another. Where did you buy your Apex coins exactly?
