Bug in forum when reporting bug

I went to report a bug a few minutes ago in the "Battlefield 6 bug reports" forum and when I clicked on the "Report a Bug" button the form it brought up was populated with all the info from a previous bug report I had made SU-230 LPV0 on the DB-12 Locked | EA Forums - 13670054.

I hit cancel and was brough back to the previous page and once again when I hit the "Report a Bug" button it was populated with the info from that previous bug report.  This repeated several times until iI I went ahead and hit publish and it created a duplicate bug report SU-230 LPV0 on the DB-12 Locked | EA Forums - 13696866. I am not deleting the duplicate in case there is any data you can glean from it.

After the duplicate was published I was able to get an empty bug report form and clicking the "Report a Bug" button.
