Can someone please help me with the question about EA FC25?

Hello person who will help me I need help when I play FC 25 when I go to celebrate the goal I press x because I'm on Playstation 5 then when I press the x button to do the Goal celebration I press the button and the celebration doesn't happen, my doll keeps walking as if I didn't do the celebration and it's the same thing when I'm going to do the quick substitution I hold R2 and it doesn't Won't someone help me please
