Disgusted by EA's horrible lack of support

Last weekend I got glitched out in a game of EA FC 26, resulting in a penalty and lower rewards. I wanted to contact EA, but there just is no way possible. I managed to find something where I could report it, but there is nowhere whatsoever where I can receive an update on it, and no getting back to me. 

How bad is it, that we live in times where you can buy such expensive stuff, which when you need help for it, there is no one available to help you.

EA disgusts me.
