I've seen around on the sims 4 discussion that it's happening to some. I haven't gotten the pop up myself since, but it's worth mentioning that it is happening again
This website is so jank for me, everything else works fine. I was trying to post a bug report but kept telling me there was an error posting and then it locked me out from posting at all!
Not long? 6 months ago. Still happening today, what a joke. Guess trying to silence about not fixing the games and leaving people to hang with no refund. Good job EA real cool of you
