FC 27 ping issue

Question

Hey, I have crazy ping issues in FC 27 lately? For the past two days, I’ve been getting anywhere from 1000 to 3000 ms in Champions and Rivals. I can get into Ultimate Team, but the ping is so bad that I can’t even start a match. My internet is working perfectly fine, and Fortnite runs without any issues. My normal ping in FC 27 is around 18 ms. I’ve tried both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, restarted everything, and cleared my PS5 cache, but nothing has helped.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you've been experiencing such extreme ping spikes lately.
Could you please check your connection using the EA Connection Quality Report?
I'd also recommend trying some of the additional steps in our EA SPORTS FC Connection Troubleshooting Guide/Troubleshoot your connection to EA games to see if they help.
Thanks for your patience, and let me know how it goes!
