I don’t have access to my other EA account

So I have another account with EA under the email [Admin-removed, please don't post personal info like emails here] that I no longer have access to and I was trying to unconnect my steam account to it can you help me

    To change to your other account in the EA app first log out of the current account then login to the other using the email address and the password.
