That forum is something of an open beta—it's possible many of the features we all miss can be added sooner or later. More votes for a given change means a higher likelihood someone will listen.
As a side note, that Feedback forum is currently full of unrelated posts because the site doesn't have anywhere to put them. Hopefully some EA CM will clean that section out, but in the meantime, ignore those other posts and just share your thoughts.
