Limit of uploaded Image reached? What about PM?

Why I get every time the news 'limit of 1000 pictures reached', when I try to put a picture in the new Forum? The pic disappear at once . I've no picture done in this Forum. Why PM have spoiler? I...

I had the same message, although I do have a lot of images uploaded, still, I should be able to post images through link.
