I agree a lot with the book example, the current forum is literally like not being able to open a book from a central page, and there isn't the option to have a bookmark either!
Don't forget that sometimes when you open it, the chapters have rearranged themselves after how popular they were with other readers and is now in complete disorder.

With the posts sorting by "most liked", for sure. Sorting by "newest" or "oldest" instead, in my understanding, it should be reverse chronological order and chronological order, respectively.

It's true. We have three options for reading our book:
-Start at the beginning and read forward
-Start at the end and read backwards
-Start with the chapter that other people liked the most and read in a crazy order
What we don't have is the much needed:
-Start where we last left off and continue reading forward as the writer intended- MonaSolstraale5 months agoSeasoned Veteran
EA_Spectre Help! It is such a labyrinth to find the latest answers, as they have to be unfolded in several layers.
A chronological order in which you can quote the person you want to answer is the only way.
To find this new post I had to unfold four layers. It drives me crazy 🥴
