No page loads, just "Internal Server Error"

Adding in an exception to Avast allowed me to get the site to finally load via my computer browser.
But, I should not have to create exceptions in my security programs in order to access a website. Trusted or not, too many sites are being compromised out there. If your site is compromised, my security is now compromised as well, all because I had to create an exception in order to access the website to report problems with a program I purchased from you.
