Request to update profile status

Hello EA Forums Team,

Could you please assist me with a minor issue regarding my profile card display on the forums?

Currently, my profile (MashRush3) displays a "Not applicable" label under my username. As an active and dedicated member of the community who constantly helps other players in the FC Mobile and FC 26 sections, guides newcomers, and addresses in-game issues, I would highly appreciate it if this placeholder could be changed.

Many fellow users consider me a core part of the community here, and having a standard "Not applicable" tag looks a bit out of place. Could an administrator please manually refresh or change my account role/status to display a proper community title (such as Hero, Champion, or an active contributor rank) that reflects my dedication to the EA forums?
