Thanks for your feedback. At the moment, you can find this information in the EA Forums Tutorials & Rules | EA Forums, there's a section called: What EA staff here can help with | EA Forums - 18. There's also a link to EA Help at the bottom of each page.

While I’ve pointed out where this information currently lives, I really appreciate you highlighting how it could be made clearer for others. I will make sure to share your feedback with the team.

Hello. It is true that issues regarding accounts are properly described in the "Rules & Guides". However, there are many cases where people post without reading the guides. Thank you for your reply. I hope the forum will become a better place for the community.
