Profile Picture Keeps Being Erased
Hello! I have been interacting with EA forums - specifically the Pogo forums - for over five years now. I used to have one of the Pogo icons for my profile picture (specifically the bee from Grant's Garden), but when EA switched to the new forum interface, all of the Pogo options were gone. This wasn't an enormous deal to me and I just chose one of the other options. However, every time I enter the forums, my pfp is gone and I have to reset it. Yes, I am saving & it will show up that singular time I am logged in; for example, right now it is showing cats as my pfp. But next time I log in or even if I log in on another device right now, there is no pfp.
Again, this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I would prefer not to have to re-select one every time I enter the website. Thank you for looking into this issue!

Thanks for reaching out. I've good news on this front. We've recently been able to support custom avatars for our forums via the EA Account Portal. This means the forum profile image will now match your EA account image. 😄 Your pfp can be the bee from Grant's Garden again if you'd like!
If you don't have a profile image set up on the EA account side, it's probably why the forum profile picture is resetting to the default smilie face. If you update your EA account profile picture, it should also update on the forum side and match up nicely. We've outlined the steps in this guide: Introducing custom avatars.
