Hi, I'm curious to know if there's a list anywhere of all the different ranks for this forum? I only started here yesterday when the new Sims forums opened and it feels like my rank has changed almost every time I've logged in! I've searched but couldn't find a list explaining ranks below Hero level.

This happened to me as well. I also would like to know why this happened.
Since I’m not sure where to ask this question, I’m gonna put it here in hope that someone can answer me. This morning I received a notification that my forum rank leveled up from Seasoned Ace to Legend. This was four hours ago and now I’m receiving another notification that I leveled up. so I took a look and to my surprise I’m back to Seasoned Ace! What’s up with that? Where did my Legend Rank go and why was it reverted?
A related question, when do we get to customise our own avatars? I know it's being "looked into" if it can be open to all, as the community has clearly expressed that as a wish for several months now, but in the meantime, do you need hero status to get a personal icon?
Also when will we be informed about what you come up with? Are we talking about "we're looking into it and will have an answer and explanation within a week or two" or the typical politicians: "We're looking into it and will keep pretending to do so until you forget the issue"? (No disrespect meant for any of the EA-personal who is answering questions here, I know that can't always be easy).

In general the early ranks are fairly easy to reach and the higher ranks will take a while.
